**Operations Manager - Day Tours, NSW**

**The Role**

We are looking for a well organised and professional full-time **Operations Manager** to manage the daily operations of Day Tours, staff, vehicles, operations and general duties of our NSW touring based in Alexandria, NSW.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of all NSW day tours, including but limited to; staffing, coaches and product delivery.
- Develop positive ongoing relationships with all staff, management, customers and third-party suppliers
- Lead by example in your adherence to company policy, operations procedures and WH&S and NSW accreditation guidelines
- Ensure all tours operate at a high level of guest service, meeting the AAT Kings high standards surrounding quality, safety and efficiency

**Who we’re looking for**:
You will be a great leader and communicator who has the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, whilst maintaining the quality of work.

To be successful you will:

- Bring proven experience and results in a logistics or touring role
- Display strong customer service skills
- Be competent in Microsoft Office Suite and confidently pick up new systems
- Possess a flexible and adaptable approach in order to work with changing demands
- Be curious and contribute to the improvement of processes and systems through feedback and action

**_ Those with a travel/tourism and or coach operations background will be highly regarded._**
