**About The Role**
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this permanent position will be the face of QSL, delivering both the accounts, payroll and administration roles in a way that demonstrates QSL's commitment to relationships, customer service and values.

Payroll:

- To co-ordinate the efficient operation of the Company’s payroll functions, ensuring compliance with the company’s obligations under the relevant awards and contracts and ensure payroll is processed in accordance with these obligations.

Accounts:

- To ensure the efficient operation of the Company’s accounts receivable function, credit card

reconciliations and review of accounts payable transactions.
- To assist in the performance of routine accounting functions and record keeping.

Administration:

- Assist in providing effective office administration for QSL’s Brisbane office.

**About You**
This role requires prior experience within full function Payroll, and knowledge of EBA's in a larger and/or complex organisation - industry experience is flexible however blue collar payroll experience is beneficial. Prior experience with Access MicrOpay is also beneficial, but not required to be successful in the role. Strong communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence are required for the role.
