We’re currently inviting **Psychosocial Recovery Coaches (PRCs)** to collaborate with us under a flexible and empowering partnership model.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing psychosocial recovery coaching services to NDIS participants.
- Supporting participants to build capacity, independence, and recovery-oriented goals.
- Coordinating support services and strengthening informal and community connections.
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, and service providers.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records and progress documentation.

- You are an experienced Psychosocial Recovery Coach with a strong understanding of recovery-oriented practice and trauma-informed care.
- You are passionate about empowering individuals with psychosocial disabilities.
- You have strong community networks and/or existing participants.
- You’re a natural collaborator who thrives in a flexible, ethical, and participant-focused environment.
