Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coach
6 days ago
Are you an experienced Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach ready to take the next step in your career, combining service delivery with business development and regional leadership?
We're searching for a unicorn superstar, a rare, dynamic professional who excels both in direct participant support and driving business growth. If you have the passion, skills, and ambition to lead, build teams, and develop networks across your state or territory, this is your opportunity to shine.
Wellspace Australia is expanding nationally, and we're looking for skilled professionals across all Australian states and territories to grow and drive services in their local regions.
This is a unique, combined role for experienced individuals who are also motivated to drive local and national business development. You'll be responsible not just for participant outcomes, but also for establishing referral pathways, growing your caseload, building informal and community connections, and helping recruit and support new team members in your area.
With the full support of our national management team, you'll play a central role in shaping Wellspace's presence where you live, and you'll be recognised and rewarded for your contribution.
About the Role
We're recruiting nationally for team members who can:
- Deliver high-quality Support Coordination and/or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
- Drive business development by building local referral networks, engaging community contacts, and identifying growth opportunities
- Build and manage a participant caseload in your state or territory
- Recruit and mentor new team members in your region as services expand
- Represent Wellspace Australia at events and within local networks to increase visibility and impact
You will primarily concentrate on business development within your state or territory, however, time permitting, you may be required to support business development activities remotely in other states and territories.
For the right person, this role offers the potential to progress into team leader and management positions as our regional services continue to grow.
This is a remote role, and you'll have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your work while being supported by a highly experienced and values-driven national leadership team.
You'll Succeed In This Role If You:
- Are experienced in Support Coordination and/or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
- Have strong networks or the ability to build them quickly in the disability sector
- Are confident growing services locally and can engage referral partners
- Are strategic, proactive, and passionate about building something meaningful
- Can balance frontline support with business development activity
- Thrive working independently while staying connected to a national team

- Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or similar
- Must have valid work rights in Australia to be eligible for this position
- Minimum two years experience in the disability, mental health or community services sectors
