**About the role**:
The role of a sales associate is to actively work alongside an experienced lead agent to assist with lead/ buyer nurture, database management, prospecting and facilitating the sale of properties. You will assist in building long-lasting client relationships built on a rigorous communication plan that should exceed the customer's experience expectations. There is also the opportunity for growth within the business as you progress.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead/ buyer nurture and database management
- Assisting with open homes and private appointments/ inspections
- Open home buyer callbacks
- Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door-knocking
- Attending regular skill and systems training sessions as part of our pathway training program
- Assisting and learning from the Lead Agent with ad-hoc sales duties
- Genuine desire to learn and commitment to succeed
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills of a high standard
- Immaculate presentation and positive attitude
