**About the role**

TAFE NSW has six exciting temporary part-time (0.5 FTE) opportunities for up to 12 months, for motivated individuals with current experience in Adult Migrant Employment Program, to collaborate with our experienced Teachers and Head Teachers to carry out student assessments as an Assessor, located at Bankstown, Blacktown, Granville, Liverpool, Miller and Wetherill Park Campuses.

Your role will include assessment strategy implementation, independent assessments, and identifying gaps that may require further teacher support.

**_Note:_**_ _This role does not teach or deliver training.

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- A Bachelor degree (AQF 7) in education, with a TESOL major **OR **A Bachelor degree (AQF 7) + a postgraduate qualification (AQF 8 or higher) in TESOL
- Commitment to develop VET knowledge and skills as well as maintain industry currency and assessor competence
- Ability to meet all the Essential Requirements as outlined in the position description
