We’re now looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our leadership team. This is your chance to combine hands-on leadership with meaningful participant engagement in a role where no two days are the same.

**The Role**

As a Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for your team, providing guidance, solving challenges, and making sure our services run smoothly. From supporting staff through 1:1 reviews to coordinating rosters, overseeing incident management, and ensuring compliance, you’ll be across both the people and operational sides of our work.

This is a full-time position where you’ll spend time both on the floor and behind the scenes, balancing leadership, administration, and participant engagement.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead, mentor, and support a passionate team, conducting regular 1:1 reviews and building a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee rosters, fill shifts, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Conduct site visits, connect with participants, and provide real-time feedback to staff.
- Review daily shift notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Manage WH&S checks, medication charts, and end-of-month reporting.
- Complete site-specific action tasks, ensuring appointments, supplies, and communication are handled efficiently.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Securicare, Synology, and Proda.
- Understanding of WH&S and incident management requirements.

**Must Have**:

- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
