**The Company**
This fast growing, specialised company is focused on providing the highest quality, technologically advanced facial aesthetic and skincare products to medical aesthetic, cosmetic and dermatology professionals. They are in the midst of a successful launch of a new facial injectable product that is first in its class and highly anticipated in the market.

**About the Role**
- You will have sole responsibility for very high quality range of dermal fillers and cosmeceuticals that are well regarded by clinicians
- Take the lead on developing & executing the local strategy and marketing plan
- Utilise global strategy and branding in a localised form
- Work closely with the Sales and Medical Education teams to deliver on strategy
- Permanent, full time role (part time considered)
- Customers will include Health Care Professionals such as Doctors, Nurse Injectors as well as Clinic Owners
- Other (indirect) customers will include consumers, targeted particularly through digital channels

**The Successful Applicant**
- Experienced product/brand manager
- Must have at least 3 years in pharma, OTC, cosmetic/beauty or aesthetics marketing
- Experience in consumer/OTC would be advantageous
- Digital marketing exposure useful
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Able and willing to be hands-on
- Dynamic, motivated and passionate about this aesthetics
- Strong presenter who can gain respect from colleagues & the field force
- Creative thinker
