**Your Impact**

Join our team as a **Packaging QA Specialist** at the **Tullamarine** manufacturing facility, where quality is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll help shape and uphold a strong quality culture by ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, customer, and internal standards. You'll also influence quality performance and be a key player in driving continuous improvement across the site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coach, train and audit operating staff on QA procedures and equipment calibration
- Manage the Supplier Non-Conformance Reporting system and drive quality improvement with raw material suppliers
- Investigate and implement corrective actions for consumer and customer complaints
- Monitor and analyse manufacturing inputs/outputs to ensure compliance with national specifications
- Provide expert support for internal and external audits, ensuring ongoing site and customer quality compliance
- Contribute to the delivery of quality KPIs through proactive systems support and stakeholder collaboration

**About You**

You're passionate about quality and bring with you:

- Previous experience in QA within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of SPC, change management, and project delivery
- A proactive, analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
