**Your New Role**:
6-month Fixed Term Contract. The QA Analyst will report to the QA Squad Lead and will work closely with the P&C Technology & Systems team owning quality assurance activities. The QA Analyst will serve as the quality champion of the team and will help implement agile software delivery practices whilst focusing on continuous improvements. The QA Analyst is responsible for conducting functional testing as well as owning the overall quality process on complex technology projects.

**Your New Role Looks Like This**:

- Delivers testing solutions that are comprehensive, taking into account risk and business priority, ensuring that systems are delivered fit-for-purpose.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Support the design of strategic automated test frameworks with focus on code maintenance
- Analyse test results, investigate, report, and track product failures and improve the areas with higher defect trends
- Ensure tracing between product requirements, delivered code and test case verification.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to implement where appropriate high quality testing tools
- Support requirement gathering workshops with different parts of the business to elicit requirements and articulate business needs.
- Manage the analysis and dissemination of complex information and testing requirements across teams, acting as the conduit between design, engineering and other specialist resources to enable quality testing outcomes
- Identify and document quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate workshops to drive and inform test strategy & master test plans.

**About You**:

- Expertise in developing project documentation such as Test Strategy, Master Test Plans, Test Scenarios, User Acceptance Criteria, UAT scripts, Development & Business verification test cases
- Experience and understanding of HRIS processes
- Preferred testing experience in SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
- Good understanding of various modules like Human Resources and Payroll, Time & Attendance Management, Learning & Development, Performance & Compensation etc
- Solid understanding of a range of testing techniques
- Prior experience working with UKG is a bonus but not essential
- Sound understanding in Agile and Project Management methodologies
