Role Summary (2 year contractor role)

**The Consulting Ops Specialist role is part of a team that directly supports Consulting Services Operations to achieve the strategic goals of the Consulting Division within ANZ. The Operational specialist supports Project Managers throughout the full end to end lifecycle of project delivery. They also support the broader consulting team with operations activities to effectively delivery to our clients. This role interacts with internal staff (Local and regional), clients/customers, subcontractors, and applicable departments at SAS.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Engages in the project life cycle implementation process to facilitate and support the successful delivery (i.e., resource requests, contracts reviews, service agreements/work orders, timesheets tracking, processing invoices, etc.); manages operational tasks associated with project delivery.
- Reviews and assesses customer contractual documents for new consulting services which often require non-routine contract management.
- Reviews and assesses subcontractor contract documents, submits related purchase order requests, and processes subcontractor invoices.
- Works closely with consulting services, finance, legal, and other contracts staff to provide optimum consulting contract administration.
- Ensures and follow up on quality timesheets entry.
- Ensures client invoices are delivered with associated back-up documentation.
- Identifies opportunities for streamlining operations and drives implementation of initiatives related to these opportunities.
- Works with other Operation Specialists, Project Mangers, and other requestors to ensure the effective and automated use of the system capabilities
- Builds relationships with internal clients that characterize partnership, cooperation and trust.
- Provides regular reports to management on status of projects/programs.

- Previous experience in IT consulting services firm preferred
