**The Opportunity**

Distribution, BlueScope Australia is looking for a **Digital Marketing Lead**to join the National Marketing team**based in either **Northgate QLD**or **Clayton South VIC.**The Distribution business includes Orrcon Steel Distribution, BlueScope Distribution, Metalcorp and Impact Steel.

In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in supporting the national marketing team by leading the digital marketing strategy, ensuring the Distribution business maintains a strong market digital presence and delivering high quality customer communication.

You’ll work alongside a supportive, experienced, and diverse team where your ideas and contribution will be valued and encouraged. Based in either our Northgate or Westall office, you will have access to free on-site parking, access to health and wellbeing initiatives including Fitness Passport and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

**What Will You Do?**

As a valued team member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for:

- ** social media management -**develop and execute comprehensive social media content in line with our strategic growth plan
- ** content creation and management -** create compelling content which convey the Distribution’s value proposition
- ** analytics and reporting -** monitor and analyse KPI’s to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives
- ** search engine optimisation (SEO)** - develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page and technical) to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic and enhance website visibility
- ** marketing automation** - design, implement and optimise automated marketing workflows and lead-nurturing campaigns using CRM/marketing automation platforms to boost engagement and conversion rates

**More About You**

With your consumer and/or business to business marketing experience, you are proactive, self-driven and enjoy working collaboratively within a team. In addition, you will bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- proficiency in social media management tools and content management systems
- high level of organisational skills, attention to detail with a customer focus and commercial mindset
- process orientated, with the initiative to optimise and create efficiencies
- excellent stakeholder management skills with confident communication, managing internal stakeholders and external agencies
