About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and hands on all-rounder with experience in digital marketing, who is happy to share our passion for road trips This role is to assist in all things marketing and report to the Sales and Marketing Manager, Australia & New Zealand.

The key duties and major activities of this role include but not limited to:

- Bringing our suite of rental brands to life and developing strategies to increase awareness and sales.
- Assisting with the execution of campaigns and partnerships with tourism organisations, campground partners and other complementary brands.
- Helping to develop and execute the social media strategy and increasing engagement across all social media channels.
- Keeping websites and blogs up to date with engaging holiday inspiration content and product updates.
- Managing travel journalist and agent familiarisations and working with travel influencers.
- Providing marketing support for trade activities and production of sales collateral.
- Assist with the digital marketing strategy and liaise with external agencies to drive digital growth
- The coordination of marketing materials across the RV Holidays rental branch network to ensure brand alignment, consistency, and positive guest experience.
- Reporting and analysis on campaigns and competitor activity.
- Supporting internal teams with guest communication.
- Coordinating artwork with the inhouse or external designer and assisting in ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across the organisation.
- Project management as required.
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders on marketing related projects

You will be based at Apollo HQ in Northgate, Brisbane. Your standard work week will be Monday to Friday with the occasional need to work outside of this.

**You will possess following skills and experiences**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications
- A minimum of 2 years practical experience in a similar role
- Advanced command of the English language (grammar and style)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Experience in Photoshop, Adobe, and WordPress (CSS and HTML a plus)
- Understanding of digital trends, and experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Understanding and interest in digital advertising (PPC and SEO understand a plus)
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
- Experience in the tourism, advertising, journalism, digital marketing, or public relation industry is not essential but will be highly regarded.
- Passion for travel and storytelling
