We’re on an exciting growth journey. We have recently tripled the size of the company, and with $676M in turnover in FY25 and over $2.84B of work in hand, we expect to double our revenue to $1.2B by 2030. You will be an integral part of that journey. We’ve recently welcomed a new Executive General Manager Pre-Contracts, Marshall Davert. Marshall brings extensive global experience in strategy, innovation, and business development. Under his leadership, we’re transforming how we pursue work and reshaping our Pre Contracts function. We are focusing on strengthening our systems, redefining how we operate, and building the strategic capability needed to scale with confidence and win in a competitive market.

**How you’ll make an impact**

This is a key leadership opportunity, reporting directly to Marshall, where you’ll help shape our future and drive strategic change. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to position Abergeldie for major pursuits, lead the submissions team, and guide us through a time of transformation.

You’ll help shape how we approach strategic pursuits, from developing campaign plans and positioning strategies to creating systems, templates and content libraries that give us the structure, speed and competitive advantage to succeed. There’s strategy, delivery and plenty of opportunity to influence how we work and what comes next.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Experience in strategic pursuits, bid strategy, and submission leadership within the infrastructure or built environment sectors.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to create scalable systems, tools and processes that embed best practice, drive consistency and enable continuous improvement.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach. You’re not afraid to get in and do the work while building something better.
