**The role**: The purpose of this role is to develop the cost model(s) associated with the incremental development and implementation of cloud services.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Development of financial models including options analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, cost benefit analysis, risks analysis, and scenario analysis
- Providing financial due diligence to business case proposals to ensure financial viability, as well as monitoring the cost benefit realisation as projects evolve
- Lead and manage business analysis activities within a large ICT program/project
- Provide strategic and operational advice regarding program/project direction for commercial and business analysis
- Undertake critical commercial analysis, risk assessments and evaluation of procurement responses
- Support commercial negotiations with external vendors
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, facilitates effective communications and fosters relationships across program/project(s)
- Assist in the development of Business Process Modelling practices across the organisation comply with QH standards and notation
- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as Outlined above
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe, services and workplaces

Are you right for this role?You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Your role', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities on a large scale, complex IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry
- Demonstrated experience leading financial modelling activities for large scale complex organisations and programs
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team
- The Project operates a hybrid P2/Agile delivery model and therefore any experience in the incremental design and delivery of cost model(s) aligned to incremental service design and implementation will be highly regarded.
