Sales Representative

We’re seeking a strong-minded Sales Representative, who shares a vision of success, you will bring your confidence, your ability to sell and liaise with stakeholders, the successful of this business is already a trademark, make this your trademark, by joining them and continuing the success of the company.The company supply to the mining industry, heavy engineering and resource industries, they are well known for success, the products are in strong demand, they are the leaders in supplying Led lighting and solar solutions. You can increase the sales, with your ability to achieve great outcomes.
**DUTIES**:
- Assist with the implementation of sales strategies and achieve monthly sales targets focusing on wholesaler network in WA, develop the business in Victoria and Tasmania.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders
Manage your diary to ensure that you are scheduling your visits and covering all wholesalers on a regular basis.
- Stay up to date with product launches and new product development
Provide timely and effective solutions and quotes aligned to client needs
Organising and undertaking site maintenance on solar lighting towers as required
- Identify sales opportunities with key wholesaler accounts
- Uphold client account satisfaction by following up in a timely manner and quoting correct lead times
- Update and maintain company CRM system - Salesforce
- Delivery of stock to clients, particularly to wholesalers as an opportunity to build relationships
- Work with the Marketing team to identify social media and other promotional opportunities
- Actively participate in the process of developing, implementing, or contributing to the systems, policies and procedures about health and safety
- Key Performance IndicatorsPlanning & visit schedule of all wholesalers (as specified by NSM) every 4-6 weeks
- Proactively planning events and activities to create brand and product awareness (at least 1 per month):
- Attend breakfasts/lunches/sundowners, industry events, presentations to sales teams, roadshows, joint customer visits, POS displays, promotions, etc.
- Development of opportunities in Northern WA, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania with targeted sales trips
**Criteria**:
- Qualifications - Certificate III or equivalent work experienceKnowledge, Experience and Skills
- Some sales work experience in a similar industry - Mobile and/or fixed plant equipment knowledge, Basic Microsoft Office and CRM skillsPersonal Attributes
- Ability to relate and communicate well with a variety of people
- Good customer service attitude
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be motivated, reliable and honest with a proactive approach to work
- Be organised with good attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to prioritiseWork Requirements

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $126,180.07 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Perth WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
