**NSW Area Leader - Lead Yo-Chi’s Next Growth Phase**

Yo-Chi is on an exciting journey to **double our presence in NSW in 2025**, and we need an experienced **NSW Area Leader** to help drive our next chapter of success. With **10 thriving venues across Sydney** and more opening in the year ahead, we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to oversee and elevate a growing portfolio of locations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Inspire and mentor** Venue Managers to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- **Drive operational excellence** across your venues, ensuring each location meets KPIs and performance targets.
- Take ownership of **recruitment, training, and performance management** to build and develop high-performing teams.
- **Manage P&Ls, labour, and COGs** to maximise profitability and ensure financial success across your portfolio.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop **local initiatives** that connect with the community and enhance brand presence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of proven **multi-site leadership experience** in the QSR or hospitality industry.
- A **people-first leader** who thrives on coaching teams and creating a culture of growth.
- Strong operational knowledge with a track record of managing **financials and driving results**.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in balancing strategy with day-to-day operational challenges.
