Join us as a General Manager, a key role offering strategic leadership across our NDIS Disability Services. This position provides a golden chance for a visionary leader to steer Hope Disability Services as a top-tier NDIS provider. It's an ideal role for someone with innovative ideas and a solid track record, aimed at improving outcomes for our team, clients, and their families, while nurturing a culture of growth and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a skilled NDIS team, emphasizing on enhancing our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.
- Expanding our national NDIS program's reach, including building partnerships.
- Driving our organization's growth strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission.
- Business development to increase our client base and revenue.
- Extending services into new NDIS and related sectors, with a focus on SIL and Home Care supports.
- Uplifting compliance and audit readiness.
- Mentoring senior staff, leveraging your extensive NDIS and SIL experience.
- Enhancing relationships with stakeholders, including clients, NDIS coordinators, and community groups.
- Strategic and operational planning.

About You:

- Background in disability services or related fields.
- In-depth experience in the disability sector, with a strong grasp of the NDIS and particularly SIL.
- Leadership skills to guide diverse teams.
- Track record in management and business growth aligned with NDIS compliance.
- Business development skills to expand our client and service base.
- Understanding of NDIS Standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and strategic plans, aiming for KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Problem-solving and decision-making prowess.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
- Working with Children Check - Employee.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- COVID-19 Training Module.
- Proof of COVID vaccination (preferred).
- Two professional references.
- Proof of qualifications.

**Salary**: $76,255.19 - $130,000.00 per year
