Opportunity for an experienced HR Manager looking for a standalone role on a part-time basis

**Your new company**
Our client is a specialist Law Firm operating out of the central Gold Coast. A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent part-time basis. This role would be reporting directly into the General Manager and would in turn look after a team of Lawyers and Legal Support staff with anything HR related. This role would suit someone who is looking for a great work/life balance and work 3 days a week.

**Your new role**
This is an established Human Resources position that will work very closely with senior management and play an active role in providing HR services and driving HR initiatives. This busy role will see you responsible for:

- Partnering with the General Manager in strategic HR recommendations
- Conducting periodical audits of Human Resources documents and contracts as necessary
- End-to-end Recruitment and Learning activities
- Manage the administrative support including internal paperwork, telephone calls, internal communication, assisting with payroll and Enterprise Agreement queries and advice on company policies and procedures
- Undertake HR projects as directed
- Assist the Deputy General Manager with any HR queries

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated HR Manager experience and HR qualifications
- HR experience in a standalone Manager role for a small business is highly desirable
- Ability to commit to a part-time, 3 day a week position
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal along with a proven commitment to teamwork
- The ability and passion to build strong relationships at all levels which foster trust and mutual respect
