Highly successful company with a QLD based Head office supply into the fit-out and commercial construction industries. With a history of success, they have a strong reputation as being an employer of choice and their branches are located across the country.
**About the role**
As the
**Branch Manager **you will drive Sales Performance and Operational Excellence. The role is one to mentor a highly skilled team of Sales, Admin and Despatch Staff in one of the businesses flagship branches.
The Branch Manager needs to be commercially astute and comfortable in a corporate sales environment as well as dealing with small business and domestic clients.
**Requirements for this role**
- Communication with all stakeholders
- Meeting and exceeding expectations for store profits and sales targets
- Problem solving daily branch situations
- Working cross functionally to implement corporate strategies and processes
- Hands on skills with sales at all levels
- Strong administrational focus
- Mentor, train and manage staff performance
- Point of Sale, Stock and Display control
- Management of reports and accounts
- Inventory management and updates
- Responsible for ensuring safe work practices are followed at all times.
