**The Division**
The Customer Strategy and Technology team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions.
**The opportunity**
Right now, we have an opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join us in the Technology and Innovation branch in a Permanent full time opportunity.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Universities & Research, you perform project management and administrative support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects. This includes support activities delivered as directed could include administrative management, project reporting, coordination, meeting scheduling and day-to-day project management.
**What you will be involved in**
- Proactively and flexibly work with the Senior Managers, Managers and the staff of the Universities and Research team
- Coordinate key project activities, including preparation of reports, maintaining project documentation and other support services as required (team meetings, meeting agendas, minutes and actions).
- Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, manage the Research inbox and Sharepoint; and coordinate ad-hoc support requests
**About you**
- Highly proficient in the use of Office 365 suite such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft PowerBI, and Sharepoint functionality.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Confidence and ability to work effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Highest professional integrity and ability to exercising tact and discretion
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 6 ($97,279 - $107,007) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
