At Konecranes and Demag, we are part of a Global organisation that has been in operation for over 80 years. With operations in over 50 countries worldwide, we are currently seeking a passionate, energetic and engaging **Planner.**

Based in **Smithfield**, and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing Service work for the Consultation Services team.

**Your Role**
- Planning, prioritising and scheduling planned work in Sydney
- Support branches with Consultation Services procedures and processes.
- Onboarding new personnel
- Co-ordinating site inductions, maintaining current processes
- Maintaining compliance within the team
- Effectively communicating the planning process and timelines to customers, operatives and subcontractors
- Coordinate travel bookings for the Consultation Service Team
- Supporting the Consultation Service Team with other administrative duties as required

**About You**
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and team members,
- Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills with experience working with the Office 365 Suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).
