**The Role**

Our Smithfield site in Western Sydney, manufactures a range of more than 60 fruit juice, fruit drink and water ice products. The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura and Zooper Dooper.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner to manage the scheduling and execution of maintenance services at our site. In this vital role, you will develop effective maintenance plans, oversee scheduled activities, and promote a safe and high-performing work environment. Your expertise will help minimise downtime, extend the lifespan of our equipment, and drive continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and schedule maintenance to support smooth production and reduce delays
- Utilise and enhance CMMS tools to ensure efficient and consistent maintenance management processes.
- Collaborate across teams and with contractors to ensure timely, safe, and compliant maintenance.
- Support reliability initiatives by recommending improvements to equipment care and long-term planning.

**About you**
- Experience in maintenance planning within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with MEX or similar maintenance systems
- A proactive mindset and commitment to safety and teamwork
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
