
Brand Sales Manager

Working B2B, you will be responsible for cultivating and delivering new sales opportunities to drive our growing sales division while nurturing key client relationships and build your base across both brands in the retail space.
A rising tide lifts all boats. You will oversee a Sales Co-ordinator who will assist you to help collectively achieve targets.
Meeting communities at their level is paramount to brand awareness, as such your role would require you to travel time to time for brand activations to key events around Australia. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and drive national sales targets by building upon the existing dealer network.
- Oversee the end-to-end dealer sales strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities across retail channels (independent retailers, major chains).
- Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and floor plans with buyers and ensure high service levels across all accounts in alignment with FVPM values.
- Expand market share within key product categories.
- Translate company objectives into actionable national sales plans.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute market insight.
- Align sales tactics with overall business strategy, including pricing, promotions, and distribution.
- Present, strategize and work with a Sales Co-ordinator.
- Meet monthly targets and drive team targets for B2B channels.
- Identify and implement new sales opportunities and leads within relevant markets for two aligned brands.
- Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with dealers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive brand focus.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement and roll out effective sales strategies targeted for dealers to drive instore brand awareness and growth.
- Set appointments and travel to meet with key dealers in locations to procure orders and strengthen relationships.
- Provide in monthly sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel and participate in brand activations time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in action sports merchandizing, eyewear, fashion or apparel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment driven to achieving results.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a proactive problem solver

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to map out strategy.
