Exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Manger

**Your new company**
Based in the CBD, this privately owned Property Investment & Development company has been operating for 50+ Years. Leading the local market in Parking Facilities and Commercial property. With recent growth they are now seeking a Facility Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**
As the Facility Manager you’ll be reporting directly into the management team. You’ll be responsible for the portfolio of retail and commercial properties. This will include but not limited to:

- Scheduling/Monitoring of Maintenance
- Establish & Build relationships with Contractors & Preferred Service Providers
- Site Inductions as required
- Assist with Fit-Outs and Office Moves/Changes
- Conduct Audits (Maintenance & Repairs)
- Project Reviews
- Handling of OHS and Site Incidents
- Sign-Off of Defects, Invoicing & Cost Reporting

This role includes Project Administration which involves:

- Development of Project Plans
- Follow up Certificates & Permits
- Handling Defects
- Co-ordinate Purchase Orders & Payments

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working Knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements
- Project Management Qualification (desirable)
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent Administration/Organisational & Written Skills

Please note that this role may require you to be on call for all of the above responsibilities but to also conduct immediate repairs as required.
