Facilities Contract Management Officer

About the Role
This role is predominately centred around managing central contracts within DECYP and will require strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. DECYPs central contracts are Roofing, Fire, Mechanical, Solar, Electrical, Security Monitoring and Lift. You will be responsible for managing the contract/s which will include auditing, processing work orders, projects and overseeing the maintenance budget.
