We are seeking a Cyber Security SME to provide specialist advice and support to the Cyber Security Delivery Lead. The Cyber Security Delivery Lead you will:

- Contribute to the Department’s future Cyber Security approach,
- Ensuring that the requirements identified in any sourcing transaction align with the department's ICT and Cyber Security strategy and direction.
- Work as part of a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists under the direction of the Cyber Security Delivery Lead.- Working with a diverse array of stakeholders to identify and develop cybersecurity requirements for inclusion in approaches to market.
- Developing documentation on both current state and future state requirements and other relevant documentation as:

- Supporting the Cyber Security Bundle Lead, Sourcing Lead, Program Manager and Program Office in their deliverables

**Required Skills & Experience**

The Cyber Security SME will have:

- Demonstration of comprehensive knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices by having 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a medium/large size
- Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organisations including certification in any of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Cyber Security services across large-scale ICT delivery environments, including within
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise
- Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills. The ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations and outcomes is essential.
- The ability to present information and communicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
- Ability to work under pressure with close attention to This includes the ability to plan, coordinate, and track the progress of various activities within agreed timelines.
