**General responsibilities will include**:

- Scheduling appointments for patients and employees
- Maintaining and managing patient records and files
- Preparing patient accounts and processing payments via HICAPS, EFTPOS, Medicare and NDIS systems
- Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing
- Stock level management and ordering office supplies
- General tidying and ad hoc duties as required

**About You**
In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
- Adaptability to work independently and part of a team
- Minimum,1 Year of previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.

**Software Experience**:

- Experience with **Halaxy** software is ideal (but not essential)
- Familiarity with medical practice management software of client management system is highly beneficial
- Ability to learn new systems

**Relevant training and ongoing support will be offered as part of the role**

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
