**About**
Our client is an ASX listed, successful multi-site organisation with a Brisbane head office. They operate in a property, rental niche and are looking to develop their market share further.

**The Role**

The opportunity will suit an experienced EA or Office/Projects manager who is professional, proactive and highly organised. Success also requires strong relationship management skills, diplomacy, confidentiality and someone who takes 100% pride and ownership of all tasks.

Supporting the CFO, key responsibilities will include:

- Organisational support for a range of day to day professional and personal matters including diary management, arranging appointments, taking briefs, preparing reports, coordinating and attending meetings;
- Liaising on behalf of the CFO with a range of internal and external stakeholders ranging from Board members, internal key managers and other;
- Handling all high level confidential information with discretion, complete confidentiality and trust;
- Events management for internal and external projects;
- Maintain project documentation, including contract, agreement and project plans;
- Managing a range of ad hoc initiatives and projects.

**About You**

You are a high achiever and consider yourself to be in the top 5% of EA’s or Office Managers in Brisbane You are an effective communicator, pride yourself delivering high quality written communication and ideally have a background in project management.

On a personal level you are highly organised, have strong attention to detail, are discreet, trustworthy and have intermediate to advanced MS Suite. You enjoy building relationships on all levels, have a sense of humour and enjoy a busy environment where no 2 days are the same.
