**The role**:
Working alongside a phone-based Pacific sales team, you will receive inbound calls as well as generating new business through outbound calls to existing residential and SME customers across Australia and New Zealand. **This is not a cold calling environment as you will be provided with leads.**
- Partner with customers and develop relationship to provide best solutions and products tailored to their specific needs (Products and Service - Subscription / Monitoring)
- Provide product knowledge as well as present products to connect with new and existing customers
- Working with internal stakeholders to execute accurate and high-quality quotes and proposals to secure individual projects

**What we look for**:

- Previous experience as a Sales Representative within Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail, Electrical, Industrial Supplies is ideal.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with C-Level executives.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare a wide variety of communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
