Looking to step into a genuine Leadership role on one of Australia’s most popular Loyalty programs? This is your opportunity to take end-to-end ownership and set the strategic direction for a well-known retail brand.
With a wealth of data and consumer insights to draw on, you’ll refine the existing strategy, evaluating the current framework and approach to maximise engagement and return. You’ll map customer journeys, identify key touchpoints and oversee the development of targeted communication pieces. You’ll review governance, policies and processes, ensuring seamless and responsible operations. Working with multiple stakeholder teams across the organisation and with external partners, you’ll act as a champion for the program, demonstrating and educating on the value of Customer Loyalty. With a continuous improvement mindset, you’ll constantly review analytics and program metrics and adapt the program to optimise delivery and ROI. The role is busy, high profile and also includes the management of a small team. You’ll report through to the Head of Digital and work as part of the broader Marketing team
Your background should include at least five years in a specialist Loyalty role, ideally with some exposure to retail, franchising or FMCG. You should have strong strategic skills with a commercial focus and a passion for CRM and data-driven Marketing, plus a good understanding of Martech.
