We currently employ 50+ staff who are all based in our Fortitude Valley office, directly across the road to the Valley train station.

**About the role**

SkyMesh Technical Support is open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on weekends, so weekend work will be required.

We are looking for people with character and a great attitude towards working within a team and who are keen to commence their level 1 IT support journey.

**Skills and experience**

Six months experience in a customer service environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong record keeping skills

Ability to handle conflict and resolution

Sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office

Desire to provide an exceptional client experience

Excellent organisational skills with STRONG attention to detail

Ability to problem solve and work autonomously.

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
