House Made Hospitality is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to create photographic and video content and oversee the social media accounts across the group’s (currently) 9 brands.. Reporting to the Head of Brand, the role will be responsible for creating content for a variety of uses, and execute strategic deliverables for each brand, creating and posting content in line with specific campaigns, promotions and brand building.

**The role focuses will include**:
Direct creation, production and editing of imagery and video content for assets, social media posts (including stories), advertising and collateral;
Selection of external resources (photographers and videographers) to suit brand and content purpose;
Scoping, art direction and supervision of all external resource shoots;
Management of all group imagery and video;
Writing of copy for social media posts, websites, releases and PR requirements;
Management of all group social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including DM and comment replies;
Building a social media content plan in line with brand strategy and event calendar;
Weekly reporting and analysis on the performance of content across digital channels;
Alignment of all the above in relation to the overarching company/brand strategy.

**Requirements**:
At least 3 years previous experience is required, with the following skills sought:
High aptitude for storytelling through expert photography, editing and short form video creation across key social media platforms.
Skilled in expressing a range of different brand voices in both copywriting and creative, linking assets seamlessly through campaigns to create a recognisable aesthetic.
An approach to producing and publishing content that is both considered and immediate.
Excellent copywriting skills, with ability to shift tone of voice dependant on brand / campaign / purpose.
Medium-level photography and basic video skills.
Fluent in the use of “Planoly” social media scheduling plug-in.
Design proficiency across Canva Pro and/or Adobe CC (particularly Lightroom and Photoshop).
Effective time management skills - ability to deliver tasks to an agreed deadline.
Excellent communicator.
Ability to manage budgets.
Works well in a highly reactive and variable environment.
Thrives working with people across a large team.

House Made Hospitality has a large growth trajectory and is due to double in size within the next 12 months, so an expansion of the role (including additional resources) is confirmed.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
