Our client is a Tier 1 Global Real Estate Services group and they are seeking a Property Manager to join their team in their Western Sydney office.

**You will be responsible**:

- Daily management of a commercial portfolio,
- Working closely with the management team to formulate and implement proactive and innovative strategies for the client's portfolio
- Achieve optimal portfolio performance
- Manage and streamline the Insurances Claims process
- Ensure all Critical Dates are managed in a timely manner
- OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders Assist the Facility Management team in relation to operational issues
- Arrears management
- Handle any urgent/escalated requests
- Leasing, accounts & admin support

**About You**:

- Professional Qualifications e.g. Property / Real Estate
- 2-3 years experience as a Property Manager
- Current certificate of registration or licence
- Strong work ethic and customer focus
- Great organisational and communication skills
- High level of organisation and time management skills
