As we continue to expand, we're seeking a passionate Group Fitness Manager to join us in our **Bodyfit Redfern** location. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, inspire, and shape the fitness community while growing both personally and professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a brand ambassador for Bodyfit, demonstrating our values and positively influencing club culture.
- Conduct weekly quality assurance reviews and provide detailed reports to Senior Fitness Manager.
- Maintain an up-to-date "Instructor Compliance Spreadsheet" and ensure adherence to timelines and processes.
- Proactively recruit new instructors, performing auditions and reference checks.
- Manage class covers and adhere to Group Fitness Budget.
- Maintain regular communication with the Group Fitness Instructor team through various channels.
- Approve weekly invoicing and data tasks in a timely manner.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Cert III in fitness
- Current Insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication, as well as computer skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
