Reputable not for profit organisation in the creative industries requires a permanent part time Finance and Administration Assistant to join the team.

**Position**
This role will work closely with the Finance and Administration Coordinator to assist with the following.
**FINANCE SUPPORT**
- Review and verify invoices, ABN and other details.
- Sort, code, and match invoices.
- Enter and upload invoices into system.
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Prepare and issue client invoices.
- Update debtor’s reports.
- Assist with month end closing.
- Assist with payroll
**ADMIN SUPPORT**
- Establish and maintain working relationship across all departments including programming, production, marketing, development and commercial.
- Assisting the Finance and Administrative Manager with the recruitment process.
- Responding to job enquiries and filing.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
**Profile**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
- Ability to organise, plan and display time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures and policies.
- Proactive attitude with high level attention to detail.
- Able to respect private and confidential matters, especially relating to payroll and HR
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written skills for the preparation and review of documents, submissions, reports, policies and procedures
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly source and disseminate information.
