**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking for a Lease professional to join us as our Leasing Information Manager. This role will be based on-site with one of our well-esteemed clients, a top Financial Institution in the inner south of Sydney.
The role of Leasing Information Manager is to lead the development and delivery of controls and analytics that supports both property leasing operations and leasing transaction work streams.
As part of the Portfolio Support Manager the role will work closely with the National Leasing Operations Manager to support the requirements of the Head of Leasing to ensure all reports are effectively developed to meet business needs and maintained.
**About the role**:
Deliver detailed analytical insights around the Bank’s property portfolios including retail, commercial, ATM and Bankwest & various parts of Group Property
Data analytics supporting qualitative analysis, conclusions and recommendations
Ensure sound Data Management of the Manhattan system. Perform regular data cleansing to detect and correct inaccurate data. Investigate and rectify errors to ensure accurate reporting.
Ensure all forms of regulatory requirements are met. E.g. APRA & ABS requirements
Assist Leasing and Property Finance in the Annual Budget process
Maintain excellent Stakeholder engagement at all times
Support Project works and/or Ad Hoc reporting requirements from GMs/Senior Management within Group Property
Conduct training sessions to educate broader team to ensure efficient utilization of the Manhattan system from a Reporting perspective
Leading cross teams collaboration to design, build and deploy reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI/Tableau based on Business Requirements.
Tertiary qualification in Property, Leasing, Property Economics, Business, Finance or related disciplines
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Property sector with a focus on reporting and finance
Sound understanding of Lease structures in a commercial environment
Experience in researching trends and activities within the Property industry
Demonstrated experience in providing recommendations based on thorough market analysis
Superior communication skills, both orally and written that are clear, confident, concise, personalized and action-oriented
Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to focus on multiple tasks, prioritise and delegate where appropriate
Demonstrated initiative and willingless to manage change and implement improvements to systems, processes and quality of data in order to maintain currency and competitiveness within the market
Sound IT proficiency with strong MS Office skills essential
