**Duties include**:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to maximise productivity and minimise errors or delays.
- Control of inventory levels by conducting physical counts and ensuring accuracy of stock levels
- Coordinate freight and shipment of orders
- Maintaining and managing a small team of warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S requirements
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and fit for use.
- Coordinate stock transfer from 3rd party warehouses to fill orders in primary warehouse.
- Advise sales department about issues pertaining to orders, which include out of stocks and stock imbalances.
**You will have**:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Strong knowledge of warehousing best practices, inventory management, and distribution operations.
- Reach Forklift licence
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools.
- A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
- Be able to motivate staff and lead by example.
