**Join BCOGNITIVE as our Marketing & Social Media Manager (Contractor - Part-Time)** Are you a creative marketing professional ready to bring bold ideas to life? This is a chance to work with an award-winning, values-driven organisation making real change in people’s lives. **The Role** As our Marketing & Social Media Manager, you’ll: - Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more - Design and execute marketing campaigns for events, partnerships, and recruitment - Collaborate with our leadership team to align brand messaging and strategy - Analyse performance data and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement - Bring fresh, creative energy to our online presence **Hours & Rate** - **Contractor role - approx. 1.5 days per week (11 hours/week)**: - You’ll be responsible for your own tax and superannuation contributions **Ideal Skills & Experience** - Experience or knowledge in marketing, social media management, or communications (we encourage current marketing students to apply) - Strong skills in Canva, Meta Business Suite, other social media platforms - Experience in or interest in the NDIS/mental health/disability sector - Self-motivated and highly organised with excellent communication - Ability to work independently with confidence and creativity **Why Work With BCOGNITIVE?** BCOGNITIVE is an inclusive, future-focused organisation that’s not afraid to do things differently.
