**About the Service Coordinator role**:
**This role will be based in Edwardstown.**

**About the role**

Under the general direction of the General Manager, the **Service Coordinator provides quality and effective leadership and guidance to Psychosocial Support Workers** to achieve outcomes and goals for the people CLO supports. You will actively contribute to employee development to support overall outcomes.

As Service Coordinator, you will assist to create an empowering environment for participants and work to maximise independence in the least restrictive environment. You will engage in the development and review of plans and programs and will monitor and assess plans and implementation for effectiveness

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide employee support and leadership to meet KPIs
- Facilitating team PDPs and development opportunities
- Identifying training needs to educate and develop others to achieve quality outcomes
- Service delivery, planning and program development
- Lead the team with effective development and implementation of a range of developmental programming techniques
- Be a positive brand ambassador for CLO internally and externally
- Supervise and monitor operation/information systems (including rosters) and identify organisational requirements including risk management

**Essential requirements**:

- Mental Health experience
- Current 'C Class' Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or DHS Disability Clearance.
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 & HLTAID001) - must maintain currency
- Tertiary Qualification in Community services, Social Work, Behavioural Science or similar (Diploma Level or higher)
