**The role**

This role supports Partners and the team in the Corporate Advisory department. Duties include:

- File maintenance - opening, closing and archiving files
- Secretarial/administrative support to multiple authors
- Diary management and secretarial/administrative support to authors
- Preparing bills, cheque requisitions and other accounts related matters
- General client and matter research using various platforms/databases

**Your experience**

You will be required to have at least
**_ 2 years Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary_** experience. Some Corporate / Commercial Legal Secretary experience is preferred but not essential.
