**Our Client**

Formed by two industry heavy-hitters, our client is a Parramatta-based Project Marketing firm specialising in medium - high density developments across Sydney. With a solid reputation, they have several exciting upcoming launches where budgets range up to $1m for marketing.

Ranging from South-West Sydney, to Parramatta and the North Shore there is a stimulating variety that you’ll be proud to market and love working on.

**Duties**

Taking the reins of all project marketing coordination, with a focus on social and digital, to gain enquiry. Your role will include:

- Creation and management of social media content and advertising
- Coordinate all marketing collateral - including site wrapping, display suite, wayfinding, brochures, virtual tours etc
- Manage corporate and project websites
- Reporting on SEO/SEM, website traffic and marketing campaign performance
- Liaison with media, advertising agencies, creative agencies, stylists, caterers, photographers
- Monitoring and adhering to budget

**Specific requirements**
- Experience in a similar property or real estate marketing
- Previous experience in EDM’s and tracking ROI
- Proven skills in generating enquiry and engagement from platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- A track record in using analytics and reporting tools
