**Salary**: $79, 032 -$86,539 pa + Superannuation - Annual Leave Loading
**About the role**
The Sentence Management Operations Officer performs administration and records management functions and services that pertain to the detention and release of inmates, either as part of a team or individually.
The role performs core processing work within a Sentence Management Operation unit, which may include liaison with external and internal stakeholders, data integrity checking/entry and general administrative tasks, you will also be responsible for undertaking specialised administrative functions including:
- Ensuring all Custodial and Non-Custodial court orders are recorded accurately on the CSNSW database.
- Performing processing work associated with inmate transfers and advice from courts and tribunals.

**Essential Requirements**:
- Current NSW driver’s license and preparedness to travel to support operational and business unit needs.
- Must be able to undertake shift work for the Silverwater Position - The unit operations 7 days a week including Public Holidays.
- Shifts as follows **Weekdays: A watch - 7am-3pm, A10 watch - 10am-6pm, D watch - 10:30am-6:30pm, C watch 2pm-10pm - Weekends and Public Holidays: 8:30am-4:30pm**
