Admin Require for Expanding Brisbane Business
Fortress Hire Pty Ltd is a local & fast-growing business within the redlands (Servicing all outer areas including but not limited to: The Gold Coast, The Sunshine Coast, Western Suburbs etc.) who supply the Hire of site Equipment (Such as Portable Toilets, Skip Bins & Temporary Fencing etc.)
We have grown rapidly over the last couple of years and are currently looking to expand our Administration Team to assist with covering the ever increasing workload.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Providing assistance to the Director with required tasks
- General Administration Duties (Including but not limited to, Internal Filing, Preparing Invoices, Liaising with Suppliers & Third Parties etc.)
- Organizing Bookings & Runsheet's as well as Confirming Jobs & Contracts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within this role is preferred, however not essential
- Own Transport to & from site office is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel)
- Experience/Knowledge of our program called Syrinx, run by Point of Rental is again preferred, however not essential
- Excellent & Professional Communication Skills
- Attention to detail & able to take initiative
- Eagerness to learn & grow within the company
**Essential Skills and Preferred Requirements;**
- Competent in Word
- Excel
- Office 365
- Experience posting in Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn
