**This is where you come in...**
This exciting role would see you lead all aspects of health, safety strategy, and drive initiatives with the support of site-based Safety Partners across ANZ.

With a broad scope, this role plays a critical part of our business strategy, ensuring high standards are adhered to and surpassed, we don’t want to simply hit compliance targets but become industry leaders. You will have the full support of the leadership team and the autonomy to make real changes.

**This will include the following areas**:

- Aligning to current and future business strategies, define and implement an effective and comprehensive H&S Strategy inclusive of policies, procedures and initiatives
- Lead the change program and action plan for the HSE Improvement Strategy
- Provide guidance, education and leadership to the business in the roll out and implementation of the plan
- Work with all stakeholders including insurers for proactive workers compensation management and return to work practices
- Champion continuous improvement and innovative methodologies to develop a culture of zero harm
- Coach, mentor and develop the high performing safety team and site leaders
- Experience in a similar safety role with at least 5 years’ experience in Safety lead roles
- Experience in food manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Full understanding of the government safety requirements and industry standards
- Ability to influence, coach and develop the wider organisation on safety, standards and best practice
- Demonstrated experience in driving a positive safety culture
- Ability to drive and influence a strong safety culture across multiple sites
- Proven ability to work autonomously, multi-task and prioritise work
- Ability to adapt and implement the best new processes and procedures
- Role model the RPF values
