**FX Dealer - Sydney**

Convera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world. We leverage decades of industry expertise and technology-led payment solutions to deliver smarter money movements to our customers - helping them capture more value with every transaction.

In this role, you will work with a portfolio of clients on their foreign exchange requirements to achieve set business goals. You are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.

In your role as FX Dealer, you will be:

- Providing expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients
- Client relationship management
- Booking FX deals over the phone for customers
- Hedging discovery and upselling
- Monitoring market conditions
- You will also be essential to the strategy of digitalizing our SME customer bases to drive servicing efficiency
- This is a Hybrid role, split between our Sydney CBD office near Wynyard Station, and work from home.

You will ideally have:

- Experience in the Foreign exchange industry is required to be considered
- Comfortable on the phone with corporate clients to explore their needs and present solutions
- Mandarin language skills preferred, but not essential
- Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication and listening skills
- the ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levels
- Effective time management skills and solid computer skills with the ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint are required.
- You must have existing working rights in Australia to be considered
