As a Funeral Arranger your working career could mean a whole lot more serving families in your local community to arrange and prepare all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one. **Duties of an Funeral Arranger include**:

- Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.
- Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions.

**About you**:

- You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem - solving and customer satisfaction
- Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
- Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
- Excellent communication and high attention to detail
- Possess a full unrestricted driver’s license
