As the **Manager of Change**, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and implementing change initiatives throughout the organization. Working with individual business leaders, executives and other project coordinators to assist in the coordination and delivery of projects and initiatives. By evaluating the impact of planned change, and where appropriate assist in developing successful risk mitigation strategies.

**About you**
- You will bring the following to this position._
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT such as a Diploma, organisational psychology, or equivalent industry certifications and experience
- Experience in a similar position within a medium to large organisation.
- Rapidly learn and excel in supporting new technologies and systems.
- Experience in delivering building or technology related projects
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or MS Project

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Engage in effective coordination and continuous improvement across all business units
- Assist in establishing, documenting, and refining project procedures.
- Work with the various teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and provide regular reporting
- Lead and mentor other project managers and coordinators to ensure a consistent approach to projects is maintained.
- Provide insight and reporting on the status of approved projects
