Our clients are currently seeking a Site Coordinator and WCA solutions is in the process of recruiting for this position.

As the Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from inception to completion. You will be required to plan and coordinate project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate project timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that deadlines are met
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review project proposals, budgets, and contracts to ensure that they are complete and accurate
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary limits
- Work closely with the project team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or site coordination
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
