Electromagnetic Warfare Intelligence Systems Program Office (EWIS-Maritime SPO) is seeking a highly professional, motivated EL1 Manager within the Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare (MMEW) Project, to assist with the management of materiel logistics activities in support of acquisition projects for the Royal Australian Navy.

**About our Team**
EWIS-Maritime SPO currently manages a number of electronic warfare systems fitted to both the surface and sub-surface fleet, such as the Nulka Decoy product and various Sensors and Electronic Attack products in both acquisition and sustainment phases. The SPO delivers these capabilities to both the Australian Defence Force and United States Navy.

EWIS-Maritime SPO is widely dispersed across Australia with this position to be based in either Russell - ACT, Edinburgh - SA or Brisbane - QLD. The successful applicant will participate in an integrated team, including APS, military and contractor staff, to ensure the supported Electronic Warfare capabilities are delivered to the ADF and supported in accordance with operational and compliance requirements, budget, and service agreements.

The successful applicant will have:

- Extensive demonstrated skills and experience in ILS Management with a focus on activities supporting acquisition projects.
- Experience using Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS) in the management of inventory data and to deliver supply support in the generation of capability.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Experience in leading a team, managing allocated resources, priorities, managing workflows and evaluating business outcomes.
- Highly developed organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
- The capacity to think strategically and develop plans and processes to enhance the achievement of business outcomes.
- High level of self-drive and initiative with the ability to influence others to achieve business objectives.
